📦 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-measure outfits
- Accessories (e.g., talwar, kattar, jewellery)
- Safa, pagdi, and chunri sets
- Items purchased during sale or clearance offers
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
